Answers to some Frequently Asked Questions:
When and how will my order ship?
Most orders ship by the next normal business day (M-F). We use UPS as a shipper and forward a unique tracking number for informational purposes when an order is shipped. Once a shipment has left our facility it is up to UPS to assure prompt delivery, as needed. Questions about delivery of a shipment once the tracking number has been forwarded should be directed to UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877) or http://www.ups.com for immediate response.
If you choose to have your product ship via an unavailable shipping method (eg. Ground to Hawaii) your shipping method and fee will have to be adjusted at time of shipment. We will automatically choose the next closest available shipping option and will invoice accordingly.
What is your minimum order amount?
$15 - We have found that processing orders for smaller amounts limits our ability to pass along the wholesale pricing that we offer on all of our products.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is an estimated value only, it may be adjusted on your credit card to reflect applicable state and local taxes at the time your credit card charge is authorized.
What is your return policy?
Customer must inspect all Items immediately upon receipt and give Company written notice of any claimed defects within thirty (30) days after receipt. If Customer fails to give such notice, Items shall be deemed acceptable as shipped. Company must be notified in advance before any Items are returned. All returned Items must be returned by a return authorization. Failure to obtain a return authorization may result in Items being refused and returned to Customer. Items should be returned in the original packaging and fully protected for shipment. No used items will be accepted for return. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on any standard catalog items returned in new condition.
